Wacom & le Samsung Galaxy Note + [maj]

C’est au détour d’un commentaire le FBK de Wacom Creative Pro, que j’ai appris le Galaxy Note de Samsung utilisait la technologie de Wacom. C’est vrai que, début novembre, je m’étais plutôt intéressé aux sorties des Inkling, Bamboo et Cintiq 24HD. Ce n’est pas la première fois que Wacom intègre sa techologie du stylet avec pression sur des produits autres que Wacom comme les Tablets-PC (je ne sais pas si je dois écrire feu les tablets-PC).

Après une recherche rapide, mon intérêt était de savoir si cela concernait juste le stylet, nommé le Stylet-S ou bien ça reprenait aussi tout la technologie tactile ou multitouch ou capacitif ou je sais pas koi ou haptique ou réactif de Wacom. Au final, il s’agit bien d’une technologie Full Wacom (doigt & stylet ) comme il est précisé dans cet article de tabletpccorner.net. Dans cet autre article, on a une récation du PDG japonais de Wacom, Masahiko Yamada  : « Notre partenariat avec Samsung est une étape importante pour nous. Cette nouvelle façon d’interagir va permettre aux utilisateurs de jouir de leur propre créativité ».

Tout est dit. Sinon l’article tabletpccorner.net fait référence à une technologie Wacom datant de 2005 : le Slimpen (???) .

[Maj] : M.Wacom a répondu. En fait, il s’agit de la technologie G6 Multi Touch brevetée par Wacom ( voir le PDF officiel ).
